By accessing or using any of our Services—including but not limited to our websites (such as https://paced.io/), the AlignMe app, and our digital content—you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Acceptable Use By using our Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with our Services or systems

  • Upload or transmit viruses, spam, or malicious code

4. Payments & Subscriptions If you purchase a product or subscription (such as AlignMe Pro), you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Subscription services may auto-renew based on the chosen plan and are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store if purchased through a mobile app.

You are responsible for canceling any subscriptions through the appropriate platform. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

5. Content Creators & Collaborators If you work with Paced Studios LLC as a content creator, contractor, or advertising partner, additional agreements may apply. You must follow applicable FTC guidelines when endorsing our products or services.

6. Disclaimers Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Any content is accurate, reliable, or suitable for a specific purpose

You use the Services at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Paced Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or reputation.

8. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paced Studios LLC and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10. External Links and Third Parties We may link to third-party services or tools. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Use them at your own risk.

11. Modifications We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
